Willard Gene Radford was born September 30, 1943 in Harlan County, Kentucky. He was the son of Boyd Radford and Lula Payne Radford. He was united in marriage to Janice Davis Radford who survives of East Bernstadt, Kentucky. He is also survived by his seven children, Robin Tumpak and husband
